At the outset, Dr. Qayoom emphasized the importance of the national event and directed all departments to ensure timely and coordinated preparations. He stressed the need to create a festive atmosphere while maintaining the decorum and dignity of the occasion.

The DC, as per an official statement, further emphasized the importance of the National Flag hoisting and instructed officers to ensure strict adherence to the Flag Code and the National Anthem protocol. He also stressed the need to incorporate cultural activities that reflect the rich diversity of the nation.
